In the following we will inform you about the collection of personal data from contacts of business partners. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. B. Name, address, email addresses, telephone number.

  2. We collect, store and, if necessary, pass on the data to the extent necessary to enable communication with business partners. The collection, storage and transfer takes place for the purpose of pre-contractual measures at the request of the person concerned on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 letter b GDPR or for the purpose of fulfilling a contract with the person concerned on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 letter b GDPR.     If the contact details are collected in the context of the contractually agreed HPI purchasing services, we will provide them to the respective contract partners (customer and supplier) available for handling the purchasing process.
