We collect, store and, if necessary, pass on the data to the extent necessary to enable communication with business partners.
The collection, storage and transfer takes place for the purpose of pre-contractual measures at the request of the person concerned on the basis of
Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 letter b GDPR or for the purpose of fulfilling a contract with the person concerned on the basis of
Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 letter b GDPR. Failure to provide this data may result in the inabilty to communicate with our business partners.
We transfer personal data to employees and the management of the following companies:
- HPI Die Einkaufsunternehmer GmbH
- HPI Sourcing Management GmbH
- HPI Procurement Services GmbH & Co. KG
- HPI International Trading & Chemicals GmbH
If the contact details are collected in the context of the contractually agreed HPI purchasing services, we will provide them to the respective
contract partners (customer and supplier) available for handling the purchasing process.
Further processing will only take place if you have given your consent or if there is legal permission.

If we do not process your contact details for operationally compulsory purposes, we will save the data collected for HPI purchasing services until
the end of a period of 10 years. After this period, the data collected for communication will be deleted or blocked if deletion is not possible.

These service providers have been carefully selected by us, commissioned in writing and are bound by our instructions.
